Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

*We are not liable or responsible for refunding shipping costs if packages don't show up on time. We ship out same day if the order is before 2pm standard eastern time. Otherwise your order will be shipped the following business day. This is the only thing we can guarantee.

In-Store Pick Up

In order to utilize our in-store pick up option, you must be an account holder with us. Signing up for an account is easy and can be done at check out! In-store pick up is only offered at our South End location at this time.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 6:30-8:30pm.

Orders must be placed BEFORE 5pm to receive same day delivery. Orders place on a non-delivery day (Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) or after 5pm will be delivered on the following delivery day. Orders must total to a minimum of $50.00 and you must live within a 5 mile radius of our South End store located at 209 W. Worthington Ave Please choose this option at the checkout screen once you have entered your address to see if you qualify for local delivery.
Return Policy

14 day return policy on defective carts or batteries only.

Must provide original receipt or proof of transaction.

All other products are final sale.

Fraudulent Charges

Our payment system monitors and alerts our team of any suspicious payment activity. To prevent fraudulent or misuse of personal credit/ debit card information, Kanna reserves the right to immediately refund/ void all transactions that have been deemed a fraud risk. To ensure your order is not deemed a fraud risk, we encourage you in your check out to provide the CVV associated with your card and ensure that the name on the order matches that which is on the payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience.
