2 weeks for carts, disposables and batteries, with a receipt.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
**We are not liable or responsible for refunding shipping costs if packages don't show up on time. We ship out same day if the order is before 3pm standard eastern time. Otherwise your order will be shipped the following business day. 
** Most Shipping orders include up to $100 in shipping insurance. Kanna CBD is not liable for orders that exceeded the shipping insurance cost in the event of an issue during shipping with any carrier.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for those within a 5 mile radius of Kanna CBD.
Local delivery days are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and are scheduled to be delivered between 6:30pm-8:30pm on those respective days.
Orders made after 5:00pm on a delivery day will be processed and delivered on the following delivery day. 
Deliveries cannot be scheduled or delayed, and once delivered, is solely the customers responsibility. 
Local Delivery has a minimum of $xx, set at checkout.
We encourage customers to leave descriptive delivery instructions in the notes at check out to make the delivery as easy as possible for our team and to ensure you get your products safely.
i.e. You complete a local delivery on Sunday at 12pm, the order would be delivered between 6:30pm - 8:30pm on the following Monday.

i.e. You complete a local delivery on Wednesday at 6:00pm, the order would be delivered between 6:30pm - 8:30pm on the following Friday. 

In-Store Pick Up

In order to utilize our in-store pick up option, you must be an account holder with us. Signing up for an account is easy and can be done at check out!

Fraudulent Charges


Our payment system monitors and alerts our team of any suspicious payment activity. To prevent fraudulent or misuse of personal credit/ debit card information, Kanna reserves the right to immediately refund/ void all transactions that have been deemed a fraud risk. To ensure your order is not deemed a fraud risk, we encourage you in your check out to provide the CVV associated with your card and ensure that the name on the order matches that which is on the payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience.
